Handmade Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our family-run handmade business. Every item is carefully handmade by our family in small batches, which means each piece may have slight variations that make it unique.

Because we are a very small business, we ask customers to please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
  • Minor handmade variations in color, texture, or size

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production or shipping has already started.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
