Processing Times
Because all items are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or busy seasons.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once an order has been shipped. However, please contact us if there is a problem and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
