Tiny Traditions by Avaya

Avaya is a 7½-year-old artist, beadwork learner, and the creative spirit behind Tiny Traditions at Wolf & Thistle Goods of Oregon. Inspired by her love of nature, beautiful colors, and meaningful design, she helps create bows that blend modern style with touches of tradition. She is happiest outdoors hiking, gathering flowers and berries, or sitting beside her mom carefully choosing beads, colors, and patterns for her next creation.

Avaya is an enrolled descendant of the Klamath Tribes. She began beading at just 5 years old, creating her first peyote-stitched feather, and continues learning traditional arts with the guidance of her parents. Every design she creates with her family reflects her kind heart, creativity, and pride in her heritage — thoughtful, colorful, and made with love.
